Food Pairings

This is a great Pinot Noir and is paired very well with poultry and lamb. For wild game, meats like venison, wild boar as well as fish are great. For freshwater fish salmon and trout are best. Hearty saltwater fish like tuna, marlin and swordfish pair great.

Tasting Notes

This excellent wine is a great introduction, with its flavours of berry preserves, herbs, blood orange and watermelon.There is a touch of sweetness to this wine which is very nicely balanced by its vibrant acidity and crisp finish.
