The Wild Grill explores the wild game culinary experience.

Everything from the smallest of fish to the largest mammals, host Lindsay Lester prepares wild game dishes on the outdoor grill. Every episode will be full of recipes, tips, and information about the ingredients and most importantly the main protein. Each episode will feature a specific wild protein, from salmon or trout, bear or moose, duck or geese, and even some of the more exotic meat from crocodiles and Buffalo.
