Description
The mighty bison is North America’s largest animal and one of our personal favourites to grill. When there is a hunt camp full or a yard full of family and friends, burgers are the go-to for any get together.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground bison
- 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Spoon
- 1 Tablespoon of crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup of Neal Brothers Smokey Bold BBQ Sauce
- Dash of Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cheese of your preference
Preparation
- Turn on BBQ to medium heat
- Mix all ingredients together
- Form Bison patties into a round shape the size of your palm
- Place of grill 5 min on each side (Meduim Rare)
- Place cheese on top of Bison Burger once melted place on bun and add condiments.
