Description

The mighty bison is North America’s largest animal and one of our personal favourites to grill. When there is a hunt camp full or a yard full of family and friends, burgers are the go-to for any get together.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground bison
  • 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Spoon
  • 1 Tablespoon of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup of Neal Brothers Smokey Bold BBQ Sauce
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cheese of your preference

Preparation

  1. Turn on BBQ to medium heat
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Form Bison patties into a round shape the size of your palm
  4. Place of grill 5 min on each side (Meduim Rare)
  5. Place cheese on top of Bison Burger once melted place on bun and add condiments.
