Description

These delicious strawberry cheesecake chimichangas are a delightful treat, combining creamy filling with sweet strawberry pie filling, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla shell. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack!

Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • I quart Chopped strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Grace strawberry syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat your BBQ to 400°F
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the strawberries into the mixture
  4. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla, add chopped strawberries
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly place them seam side down on the warming rack of your grill
  6. Turn after the heat side is crispy and golden
  7. When done allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before serving.

For serving dust with powdered sugar and a drizzle of strawberry syrup
