Description
These delicious strawberry cheesecake chimichangas are a delightful treat, combining creamy filling with sweet strawberry pie filling, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla shell. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack!
Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- I quart Chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Grace strawberry syrup
Preparation
- Preheat your BBQ to 400°F
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the strawberries into the mixture
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla, add chopped strawberries
- Roll up the tortillas tightly place them seam side down on the warming rack of your grill
- Turn after the heat side is crispy and golden
- When done allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before serving.
For serving dust with powdered sugar and a drizzle of strawberry syrup
